Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Place!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at coastlands Apartments Durban. Unfortunately, the issues started from the moment I arrived. The place was dirty, had a terrible smell, and was extremely noisy. Despite requesting a refund on the same day I checked in, the management refused to assist me. I even reached out to booking.com, but unfortunately, they didn't approve my cancellation request. Given the unacceptable conditions and poor customer service, I would strongly advise against staying here. Hopefully, the management will take steps to address these issues in the future.
