Dear MTN Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my frustration with the return process for my MTN router. On the 2nd of April 2025, I visited the MTN store at Mall of Mthatha, where I was assisted by Sphokazi. Unfortunately, Sphokazi informed me that the store no longer accepts router returns. As a result, I am unsure of how to proceed with returning the device and clearing my name from Credit Bureau. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with alternative return options or instructions on how to complete the return process. Please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at coastlands Apartments Durban. Unfortunately, the issues started from the moment I arrived. The place was dirty, had a terrible smell, and was extremely noisy. Despite requesting a refund on the same day I checked in, the management refused to assist me. I even reached out to booking.com, but unfortunately, they didn't approve my cancellation request. Given the unacceptable conditions and poor customer service, I would strongly advise against staying here. Hopefully, the management will take steps to address these issues in the future. Router hasn’t been working since yesterday, at the call centre I’m being transferred from pillar to post. Worst network ever
I was expecting delivery yesterday, now I’m told it will come on Monday that time I’m leaving on Sunday
Placed a notice last year. 90 days notice it’s still not paid I don’t know how many days later
Today at your Mthatha Branch I was served by Yolisa Nkolisa. Oh what a pleasant lady. Big ups to her for her wonderful service yet the store was so busy
This is the second time experiencing the same problem. Money went off my account for a booking but there’s no booking confirmation. I’ve been trying to get assistance at the contact centre the entire day, still not getting any assistance. If you book Airlink kindly make sure that you have enough airtime to call them.
I’m not happy at all with the service I received at circus triangle- Mthatha game. I bought the items listed on the attached invoice. The delivery person didn’t deliver the fan. I called numerous times enquiring about this. Until the guy who initially assisted me on the day of the purchase said I can come to the store to collect It. Now at the store I’m told to go and do a copy of the slip. Been running around like a headless chicken looking for an Internet cafe. I’ll never set my foot at Game ever again. Your service was such an inconvenience to me. I’m appalled that this is how you treat your customers.
I’m actually not happy about the guy who assisted me this morning. Please stop treating us like we are not paying when sending parcels, like you are doing us a favour. The guy was simply rude, didn’t even inform us that the parcel will be delivered on Tuesday. After complaining about that he arrogantly said unfortunately he doesn’t do refunds. Please look into this and get back to me. Had to take my parcel and go to another bus because the parcel needs to be in MTHATHA on Sunday. I’m honestly not happy. Never using your services again- it’s not like you care anyways. You have many buses and money for parcels are peanuts to you
