POOR SERVICE-COBLAQ

The service is bad, i ordered 3 items which cost almost R1000 on 1 September, and till this day i still haven't received my order, and there is no communication, no tracking system, nothing. Their page is temporarily closed, and their telephone line is on voicemail.. How do you take someone's hard-earned money and not deliver??!!
