Cobra Taps

We would just like to give feedback about the recent service we received from Cobra. We had a leak from the bath mixer in our bathroom and we got a handyman out to look at it. He immediately contacted Cobra and within minutes of making that call I received a call from Cobra asking for our address so they could send someone out to have a look at what the problem was. The same day I received a phone call from Diego Philander asking if he could come around to inspect the mixer and within ten minutes he was at our front door. He inspected the mixer and after a few minutes told us what the problem was and that he would be back on Monday (this was the Friday if I remember correctly). True to his word he was back on Monday and sorted the problem out in no time.

Considering that this mixer was bought and installed some six or so years ago, we definitely did not expect that Cobra themselves would have sent someone out to fix the problem, and all of that free of charge.

We are most impressed with this service and hereby extend our thanks to you and your team for excellent service. We will highly recommend Cobra to friends and family in future.
