We were a group of ladies, some very elderly who booked a table for 12h30 on Saturday 25 March. The booking was made under the name of Deidré. On arrival, our very old aunt attempted to walk with her walker from the car to inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, after just a few steps, she could go no further and was seated on one of your chairs in the outside eating area. I (Deidré) went into the restaurant and asked your lady at the front desk if it was possible for two strong young waiters to come and assist. Without any hesitation two young men were right there and without any effort or question lifted the chair with our aunt in it and carried her through to our table. Two minutes later one of them arrived with a blanket and covered my aunt with the blanket. We were absolutely blown away by this service and attention given to my aunt. In addition we had excellent service throughout our time at your restaurant. Our waiter, who was one of the two gentlemen who assisted by aunt, was Mike. We unfortunately cannot remember the name of the other waiter. We thought it was very necessary to bring this to your attention as we believe that these two young men are an absolute asset to your business. Obviously we personally thanked them profusely for their attention and service but would request that, on receipt of this e.mail, you once again pass on our sincere appreciation for their service which was way beyond expectation. Have been with MiWay Insurance for many years and have always received excellent service from them. Today I called and spoke to Nhlanhla Mabizela and once again received top-notch service.
We would just like to give feedback about the recent service we received from Cobra. We had a leak from the bath mixer in our bathroom and we got a handyman out to look at it. He immediately contacted Cobra and within minutes of making that call I received a call from Cobra asking for our address so they could send someone out to have a look at what the problem was. The same day I received a phone call from Diego Philander asking if he could come around to inspect the mixer and within ten minutes he was at our front door. He inspected the mixer and after a few minutes told us what the problem was and that he would be back on Monday (this was the Friday if I remember correctly). True to his word he was back on Monday and sorted the problem out in no time. Considering that this mixer was bought and installed some six or so years ago, we definitely did not expect that Cobra themselves would have sent someone out to fix the problem, and all of that free of charge. We are most impressed with this service and hereby extend our thanks to you and your team for excellent service. We will highly recommend Cobra to friends and family in future.
