I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.
Since December 2025, I have been trying to open an account for beverage supply for an institutional cafeteria serving a large number of students. I have been issued multiple customer reference numbers, only to later be told that they do not exist on the system.
I was informed that I should be assisted by the Coca-Cola branch in Pretoria West, yet I have repeatedly had to contact the CCBA group directly myself to follow up on my application. Each time, I receive different information, and the process starts over.
Even after being assisted by the complaints department and receiving a new reference number that was confirmed as active, I was later told once again that it does not exist.
The repeated loss of my application, lack of coordination between departments, and ongoing delays have significantly affected our operations.
Potential customers should not have to redo applications multiple times or continuously chase updates without resolution. I hope this matter is addressed urgently and that proper systems are put in place to prevent this from happening to others.
