I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Since December 2025, I have been trying to open an account for beverage supply for an institutional cafeteria serving a large number of students. I have been issued multiple customer reference numbers, only to later be told that they do not exist on the system. I was informed that I should be assisted by the Coca-Cola branch in Pretoria West, yet I have repeatedly had to contact the CCBA group directly myself to follow up on my application. Each time, I receive different information, and the process starts over. Even after being assisted by the complaints department and receiving a new reference number that was confirmed as active, I was later told once again that it does not exist. The repeated loss of my application, lack of coordination between departments, and ongoing delays have significantly affected our operations. Potential customers should not have to redo applications multiple times or continuously chase updates without resolution. I hope this matter is addressed urgently and that proper systems are put in place to prevent this from happening to others.

We are subjected to this services provider that only knows how to send high bills but can leave us without electricity for more than 24 hours.. I’ve never hated a service provider the way I hate Voltano
If you would like a device that will inconvenience you and your business but iKhokha after a year or so it will stop working and no one will care to assist you.
My husband and I both purchased devices for our business and we were assured that we won’t have difficulties connecting. I’ve never experienced so much buffering in my life. I am disappointed we cancelled in less than a week

No matter how desperate you get please don’t buy a card machine from iKhokha
I have a card machine with iKhokha. ikhokha blocked a transaction that was made through my card machine and now they refused to return the funds to the client who made payment. Mohammed is the one that initially flagged the transaction. He is unreachable even after he said the funds will be returned back to the client. Now we have another agent who is named Shalin who also continuously gives us false information about the refund. This has been going on for over a month and my business is on hold because of this company.
Someone has been trying to login to my banking account. Tyme bank is not answering their phones. I’m frustrated.
I guess I should be the first to write a review about this company. And it heart breaking because I always do my hair with them. But sadly I’ve gotten disappointed. I spend R1650 for a hair style and they use cheap hair piece which started tangling within 4 days of the hair. Bare in mind that hair style is suppose to last 3 months. I’ve contacted rooom and they promised to come redo my hair and they have been ignoring me in the process. They have been ignoring my calls and treating me like I am a fool. I extremely upset. But I guess that’s how they do business and how they treat their clients
