RESTAURANT THAT SELLS ROTTEN FOOD!

I was sold rotten chicken wings that came with uncooked chips. I found this out when I was about to eat when I got home. The smell was unbearable! They tried to burn it to hide the smell. The chefs in that restaurant are clueless of what they are doing and what's worse is that they intentionally give customers rotten food. I am going to report this at the department of health.
