BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

purchased reusable coffee machine pods. pack of 3 did not even last 4 mths. when i emailed them they said they cannot replace/refund. i then sent them info re the consumer protection act. they replied that they are going out of business and that it is wear and tear. i re-emailed and they igneored my email. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONT BE SHOPPING FROM THEM AGAIN. BETTER TO PURCHASE FROM WELLKNOW STORES AS THEY DO RETURNS AND ARE AWARE OF THE CPA.
