COFFEE POD GURU - SHOCKING !!!!!

I am all for supporting local and small business's however in the case of COFFEE POD GURU i found their product as well as customer service extremely disappointing to say the least !!!

I purchased some so called "reusable coffee pods"from COFFEE POD GURU for my Nespresso machine and am totally dissappointed with them. They get stuck in the machine, dont load correctly into the chamber as well as dont produce good strong cofee (when they did eventually decide to work after about 8 attempts)

After contacting COFFEE POD GURU and mentioning my experience and concerns to them, their attitude was nothing short of shocking, as they were simply not interested at all in me returning the products and offering a refund !!

Their reply was "how can you return it if you have used it and opened it ? " Well can anyone tell me how one is to know whether product actually works or not - by actually testing it and enjoying the product that you paid money for and bought it for in the 1st place ??

I mentioned to them that i would have expected more in terms of customer satisfaction and customer support, only to receive an attitude of - "you bought it - you keep it !!!

I urge anyone who is looking to try Coffee Pod Guru - DONT !!!! You will be nothing but disappointed, as i have 3 useless "so-called" reusable pods which will be sitting and gathering dust !!
