I am all for supporting local and small business's however in the case of COFFEE POD GURU i found their product as well as customer service extremely disappointing to say the least !!! I purchased some so called "reusable coffee pods"from COFFEE POD GURU for my Nespresso machine and am totally dissappointed with them. They get stuck in the machine, dont load correctly into the chamber as well as dont produce good strong cofee (when they did eventually decide to work after about 8 attempts) After contacting COFFEE POD GURU and mentioning my experience and concerns to them, their attitude was nothing short of shocking, as they were simply not interested at all in me returning the products and offering a refund !! Their reply was "how can you return it if you have used it and opened it ? " Well can anyone tell me how one is to know whether product actually works or not - by actually testing it and enjoying the product that you paid money for and bought it for in the 1st place ?? I mentioned to them that i would have expected more in terms of customer satisfaction and customer support, only to receive an attitude of - "you bought it - you keep it !!! I urge anyone who is looking to try Coffee Pod Guru - DONT !!!! You will be nothing but disappointed, as i have 3 useless "so-called" reusable pods which will be sitting and gathering dust !! Absolute **** !!!
<p>My Fiancé and I used Mars Hill Properties to rent out her unit in Beverley, Fourways - which turned out to be the biggest mistake ever.</p> <p>After paying Mars Hill Properties a FULL years agency commission upfront - our tenant who had been placed by Mars Hill Properties decided not to pay a single months rent, leaving us stranded by losing 2 months rental, as well as the full 12 months agency commission.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon addressing this issue with Mars Hill Properties and requesting some reprieve and a possible refund of the remaining months commission, they refused to come to an agreement other than one of to let them place a new tenant at no charge !!!!</p> <p>Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we accepted their offer ONLY to be blatantly lied to in terms of them saying that they were doing their best and had taken a few clients through the unit...... SADLY THIS NEVER TOOK PLACE as they had NO way of gaining access to the unit as a family member had changed the locks and had the only set of keys as well as confirmed that not a single person had requested the keys or been through to see the unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only the lies that they fed us, but the disgusting way of treating us and physically threatening my fiancé and I as clients should be put on record and make prospective clients aware of the shocking manner, lies and abusive way in which they handled our rental.</p> <p>Not only are we out of pocket for the rogue tenant, the commission paid, but now in jeopardy of losing another months rental through nothing other than shockingly unprofessional service and utter lies from Mars Hill Properties.</p> <p>We have tried our best to discuss this matter with them, only to be screamed at, shouted at, sworn at and threatened - which we have discussions recorded and e-mails confirming all of the above mentioned. SUCH AS WE WILL TRASH YOUR APPARTMENT AND WE WILL BREAK YOUR LEGS AND BEAT US UP SO BADLY THAT WE WILL BE THE COLOUR OF PAINT.</p> <p>Subsequently we have addressed these issues with the local police authorities which has now been placed on record.</p> <p>We had no idea that by using the "so called"services of a company could lead to these disgusting threats and abuse !!!! </p> <p>I truly believe that everyone should stay away from Mars Hill Properties - as they have no intention of helping or assisting their clients..... as long as their commission is paid, they simply don’t care !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>*****WARNING***** DO NOT USE MARS HILL PROPERTIES</p>

I HAVE BEEN WAITING 13 DAYS TO GET FEEDBACK FROM TELKOM MOBILE WITH REGARDS TO A MASSIVE DATA QUERY ON THEIR NETWORK.<br> <br> I HAVE BEEN SHUNTED FROM PILLAR TO POST AND AM STILL NOWHERE CLOSER TO GETTING TO THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM.<br> AFTER 19 PHONE CALLS AND A TOTAL OF 3.26 HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT THE STATUS IS ON MY ACCOUNT - I AM STILL NOWHERE !!!<br> <br> I AM DISGUSTED AT THE PATHETIC SERVICE OR LACK OF THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM AND WOULD SUGGEST THAT ANYONE USING THEIR MOBILE DATA SERVICE - CANCEL AND LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE DATA PROVIDER AS THEY SUCK COMPLETELY.
