COLD CASE TRACING IS A BIG ****!!!!

Cold Case Tracing is a ****. I was contacted by Didimalang Motsusi (Case Manager) from Cold Case Tracing regarding unclaimed and unpaid Pension monies due to me. She asked me submit and fil in some documents of I did in July 2024.

I have been sending her emails asking for an update as teh forms that I filled in were from ALexForbes, and when I contact AlexForbes about the claim, they say they don't see my details on their system and I dont have any existing profiles or unclaimed monies with them.

I went back to Didi asking her to elaborate on this issue, or at least give me a reference number to my claim, but I have been ignored and when I call their numbers, it doesn't exist.

I want to find out what's happening and unfortunately no one is coming forward with answers, and these people have my confidential details and documents including my ID, bank information with them.

Cold Case Tracing is not to be trusted, DO NOT give them your details. I will fight this fight until I get to the bottom of it.
