Communication does not exist at all!

We were contacted by Cold Case Tracing regarding a pension fund payout from my late father. All documents were submitted by our estate attorneys as they requested.

It's now been over a year, and no one can get hold of them. They answer the phones and confirm that the e-mail addresses used are correct, however they never get back to us.

Very unprofessional! How can you offer a service and pride yourself on finding lost pension fund payouts, but then you never get back to anyone??
