Bunch of lying ******! Not only is there communication extremely poor. After you get your quote, pay for something, there is ZERO communication until the package is delivered (You just "hope" you get it. You can follow-up as much as you want, no replies. Send a new mail for a new quote - They QUICKLY respond.... My recent interaction with them was absolutely disgusting and disappointing! I received an LCD broken (you can clearly see it was dropped on the left corner (edge)... Packaging was very poor - although, you can clearly see it was dropped before packaging it!! And of course, guess what?!! Yes, you guessed it, they are blaming me (the customer) and it was completely fine after they tested it... Sure! Which evidence do you have that the guy who took it off the bench didn't drop it and then just kept quiet and packaged it like that?! Needless to say, even though they obviously don't care... I won't be using their services EVER again!! Goodbye and may your business thrive on dishonesty and lies as it has been!
👎Do not trust... ALL the driving schools attend the learners at the DLTC's with the learners. This driving school does not. R1500 for what? So, the learners can use computer facilities and books that you can get yourself online?? Why run a business then... When it comes to timelines for appointments to send the learner for studying, there is always stories and cancellations. The learners go through the books themselves... Why? Why pay then?? No thank you! Money wasted. We DO NOT recommend!! 👎
I have been getting SMS's for FNB card transactions, yet I don't have an FNB account. At first it was during the registration of the new account, then a lodged a complaint. Received 1 reply and nothing after that. Then it went quiet for a bit and now I am receiving SMS's again for FNB online transactions. This account doesn't belong to me, and yet I am getting the SMS's

We were contacted by Cold Case Tracing regarding a pension fund payout from my late father. All documents were submitted by our estate attorneys as they requested. It's now been over a year, and no one can get hold of them. They answer the phones and confirm that the e-mail addresses used are correct, however they never get back to us. Very unprofessional! How can you offer a service and pride yourself on finding lost pension fund payouts, but then you never get back to anyone??
I want to express how disappointed I am in our latest Debonairs Pizza order we placed via the mobile APP. Order was placed under my wife's name: Syzette Barnard | Order number: 98754449 | 9 May 2024 | Mall @ Carnival Debonairs First off all, the pizza was a bit smashed in one of the boxes. Not sure what the driver did with it. Quality of the pizza - Not great at all. The pizza didn't taste nice at all, compared to the previous orders we did before Prices of pizza is going up and your quality is going down! Debonairs used to be the best pizza one can order. Certainly, doesn't seems to be the case anymore.
Reponse times are great, but when it comes to "actual" support, then it mostly takes 10 mails up & down to try and explain the issue. Solutions being recommended is always the basic things, they never think beyond restarting a router or resetting a router. I have had data usage reports for the past 8 days now and no one can figure out why. I keep getting told that "It's not showing anything, because you are not using the connection" The more I tell them I am using the connectiong, and it doesn't matter how much evidence I supply, the more useless recommendations I get that is UNRELATEd to the issue at hand... No man! Come on Afrihost... You are rated as one of the best ISP's out there... But you can't get that rating from Technical Support skill level. It's probably only because of high response times and that is that! Do better Afrihost!!
1. Microsoft charges R1099 per year for the Personal Subscription which only gives you 1TB of OneDrive storage. 2. The Family Subscription is R1299 per year, then only you get 5TB, but it's shared as 1TB per person you share it with. 3. There is no such thing as a Lifetime license with Microsoft. The Standalone Office 2021 or 2023 package yes, but it's costs you thousands to purchase, without any OneDrive
