HARASSMENT

I have settled my account with them, but they threaten to default me, I spoke to 2 agents that said they will allocate my funds and that they see that the money has been paid, but still I get threatened, they ask me for proof of payment, but when I sent it, no one responds, and they continue with the harassment.
