I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received from Ster kinekor. My husband and I visited ster kinekor on Saturday, we paid for a fan club membership, it went off on our account and everything, but didn't get the tickets and it showed the payment was unsuccessful. When we arrived at ster kinekor to query this problem, the guy who appears to be a manager was helping another family who paid In store, and had the exact same problem. He told us to wait, his busy with them. So we waited. 10 minutes to 8 pm, we were still waiting to be assisted, and he went on to help another couple who came in and experienced the same problem, not even making eye contact with us, so my husband went to him again and said we are waiting on him. He then came to us, tried to assist us, and the other couple at the same time. Eventually he said his just going to let us through because his tired of this mess already. We then had to pay full price for our combo, and again, the payment system didn't work. I was so annoyed because Superman has already started so we went in with no combo, nothing to eat while watching the movie, and the movie was already 15-20minutes in. We didn't even qualify for the discount, because according to him he said it must be added as a combo when booking, and he is already giving us the tickets free. As a married couple who never gets out on date nights, this has left a sour taste In our mouths. We were highly upset. Eventually the money reversed back into the account, but was charged again on Monday. I would like to just cancel my fanclub membership with a full refund, as this will be the last time I pay for something and not able to choose the full service at a discounted rate like advertised.
Netcare GREENACRES WAS, IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE THE WORST. They might as well transition into a government hospital. The year 2021, I ended up in the ER, I was high risk pregnancy, and I started to bleed, when a receptionist told me that I had to wait and that there are other people that is more important that needs medical service. I complained, management phoned me, and apologized. 3 years later, nothing has changed. On Saturday I was there with my 3 month old baby who had fever of 39degrees, he was screaming of pain, and was very ill. After waiting for 4 hours, a doctor came to see me, examined my baby, but basically just administered fever medication, and then pressed my babies belly, while commenting "that is sore, little one" As I'm writing this, my baby is in hospital in the Western cape, and had to be admitted because of a severe abscess in the side of his pelvis, which they have missed. While I was sitting in casualty, there was another dr/nurse talking to a patient, and I got so frustrated when I heard the horrible discussion he had with the patient. Firstly, the repeat of what happened to me, happened to another guy. It was said that they had told the guy he needed to wait, because he was not yet dying, or even close to death, so he must wait until they have helped all the severely ill patients first. The discussion then continued with laughter, and I heard how he was telling the patient that he will make the patient wait even longer now since he was rude, and were forced to be seen. They laughed, and said that practically you have to be half dead to be pushed forward since there is only 1 dr. Now my question is: why are we paying for private care, if we are treated like nobodies? You'd expect that behavior from a government hospital, but this is really the second time I've endured this, which tells me that my complaint 3 years ago were never addressed. I was so saddened by this whole discussion, it made me want to lose my **** is the casualty, but I composed myself for the sake of my child. Healthcare workers are there to assist, but what gives them the right to choose who gets to live, and who not? Check your staff, they are bringing the service down. I mentioned it to one of the members working at the hospital that my baby is admitted to, and she told me she was a previous staff member at the Netcare group too, and she left because of the way people are being treated inhuman. I will never return to that again. Huge thank you to the Mediclinic group for treating my baby that was admitted because of netcare Greenacres who failed to treat my child like a paying customer, and a human being who was suffering. For all I care, I don't even want/expect a reply, because I will just get an apology, but nothing will be done. I feel sorry for the future victims who will die at the hands of the staff because of their negligent behavior. Why become a Healthcare worker, if you want to gamble with people's lives? You suck NEtCARE GREENACRES!! SAVE YOUR APOLOGIES FOR THE FAMILIES WHO WILL HAVE TO COPE WITH A LOSS OF A LOVED ONE, BECAUSE YOU GUYS FAILED THEM. MIGHT AS WELL BE LIVINGSTONE.
I have registered for my babybag in August, and I haven't received anything yet. They said it will take 6 weeks to arrive, It's been 2 months already, and still nothing. No one communicated anything with me further. I am quite disappointed in this.
I have settled my account with colecta, yet they are still harassing me, and threatening me. They told me via phonecall they will allocate my funds because I sent them the proof of payment thrice, but yet they never respond to my emails, but the agents over the phone tells me they have received my email and that they can see payment was made.

I joined Herotel Fibre last year October, however the premises I moved into already had the fibre line installed, yet I am being charged an installation fee for ending my contract with them. No one can assist us on this, and we have been unhappy with their service for all these months we were with them. To my understand a clawback service can only be charged if they had to come and install the line, but in our case the line was already installed in the premises, and the rental agency even has proof of this. If no one from Herotel phones me to fix this matter, I will go forward with lawsuit because if this is happening to me, how many other people has it happened to? I am highly dissatisfied, and I will advise anyone who wants to join them to go with Afrihost instead, their service is way better, and they don't exploit people.
I have placed an order for fibre after a month they only came out.after fibre was installed i was told to wait 24hours for account to be handed over,bear in mind when dsl advertised they said that our router will arrive within 2days. Vox says they cannot do anything unless account is handed over to them to activate my plan. I was then told they first need to test the line,this is 2 days after i was told to wait 24 hours for the account to be handed over. My sales lady says theres nothing she can do further. This whole process is dragging and im at a point where i think im rather gona cancel the order and i will not recommend dsl telecom to anyone,their technical support agents is so rude and unhelpful!
I order a 4g deal i have been using my zte router previously with rain and eversince i ordered 5g my 4g nolonger wants to work in my zte router,i ordered the 4g for a different adress and it says my device is currently offline and no service connection. I tried to phone rain but no answer,im once again cancellimg my comtract,i cant with this poor service anymore.
I have been a loyal customer of rain for the past year, Recently i have become bitter and think im rather nor my wife will support then any further. I have ordered a rain sim deal on black friday where i only need to pay r1 for the sim,they said it will be delivered with 3-5 working days,the courier partners they used postponed my delivery 3 times!!!i have only received it 2 weeks later,sim arrived,now the sim says no service. Support team doesnt ever get back to me and when i phone no one picks up the phone!!! I will be cancelling my agreement with rain,i will rather support fibre!
Their service is not even worth a star!! Rain said my package will be delivered within 3-5 working days,they phoned lastbweek friday,said it will be delivered wednesday,i then arranged for thursday,today(wednesday) they tell me next week monday. Its been 2 weeks now,no delivery!!! Asked to speak to a manager,its said that they will phone me back but no phonecall. No response from rain either!!! This company must close their doors,as they are advertising 24 to 48 hours delivery but takes 2 weeks to arrive!!! I will report this as false advertising!
