COLLECT FOR YOU worst service ever
<p>I am totally stunned by the treatment received from this company! I am not sure where they find their employees?? Samantha Kotze act like is a Laywer or shall I say Judge of the High Court. Since when does a company decided what your affordability is? Not only does she emails and threaten us daily her emails and SMS messages are intimidating. They are not negotiable at all. All I know the staff don't last long at collect-4-u and the ones that stay does not have any customer care knowledge or experience . Asking around it seems that that is a norm for this company! Can't complain about customer care cause they don't care! But then again maybe debt collecting is the only job Samantha Kotze can do!</p>

We are sorry that you feel this way and we have contacted you personally to provide an explanation for the different reference number.
The reason for the reference number containing the letters DUP instead of JON was a small administration error in the creation of the file. File references cannot be changed in hindsight as we have explained when you contacted our offices on 07/08/2017. The contents of the case remain the same as the labelling error does not does not change this fact.
