Scamming Thieves
SCAMMING LYING THIEVES After months of SMS' and blocking the contact as I DID NOT want any loan offer, it came to a point of seemingly no option. PAYMENT SHOULDVE BEEN 3-5 DAYS AFTER DOCUMENTS RECEIVED. This never happened but money has been DEBITED from my account and that BEFORE the date that had been advised. If something sounds too good to be true. It usually ISNT. BE CAREFUL DON'T GET CAUGHT

Pathetic service
Very disappointing treatment. After being contacted by collect for you, I made a commitment to pay them off. I paid the initial amount and would be paying them off over 3 months. Then the country went into lockdown and I confirmed to them that I was not able to pay as we were not working. I gave my commitment to them in writing that I would still be paying as soon as we got back to work. This was not good enough for them and they blacklisted us. When I contacted them to make final payment they do not even I final payment discount and infact had an accrued interest amount of R355.87 added to my account.

COLLECT FOR YOU worst service ever
<p>I am totally stunned by the treatment received from this company! I am not sure where they find their employees?? Samantha Kotze act like is a Laywer or shall I say Judge of the High Court. Since when does a company decided what your affordability is? Not only does she emails and threaten us daily her emails and SMS messages are intimidating. They are not negotiable at all. All I know the staff don't last long at collect-4-u and the ones that stay does not have any customer care knowledge or experience . Asking around it seems that that is a norm for this company! Can't complain about customer care cause they don't care! But then again maybe debt collecting is the only job Samantha Kotze can do!</p>

No statement R21 to call and find out
We have been under the hammer of these people for almost two years and in that time we have had to consistently phone to find out the balances and statements, and every call, sms and email costs. R21 today to find out the settlement balance on an account. The sms we got from them saying we could settle the balance of one account excludes further costs and interest, phone their number. So naturally we phone and get charged R21 and change.<br> <br> Now I agree that if they phone me that I should pay for the cal and time, but when we have no communications, no statements and no way other than to phone and get the information, WHY must I pay? Surely it is in their interest to inform me of outstanding balances. Quite ridiculous and borderline theft.
