I joined Switched-On some time back. Although I have managed to redeem vouchers, I had an issue with using the takealot vouchers. It kept coming up with an error on their site. I sent a query through the website at the end of March and still no response has been received from Switched-On. I was waiting on this problem to be resolved before redeeming more vouchers. I figured there's no point in sitting with more vouchers I cannot use but nobody is assisting. Now I have the same issue that without warning my points have expired. Sent an email this time enquiring about the points expiry at the beginning of this month about this being unfair. They do not communicate and the expiry information on the website is not accurate as I checked this frequently. Anyone able to assist with returning my points and giving me usable vouchers?
