In August 2022 I recieved an email from switchedon.africa that I qualify to participate in TV Lovers Community study which is operated by Insites Square on their platform. I fully participated in that particular community study, after which I sent multiple emails to the switchedon.africa, and the Insites Square team in October enquiring my reward for participating in their study, because I have successfully received other incentives on other studies I participated on, but I have not received an incentive this particular study. On the 6th of February 2023 — literally 6 months after I participated in the study — I received an email from Insites Square team to tell me I was disqualified from receiving a reward, because “I provided similar answers as other people who participated in the study”. Basically, saying I've cheated or provided fraudulent answers. Insulting me. This doesn't sound right with me, because I have always provided truthful answers based on my knowledge and personal experiences, and I have always engaged honestly, but they have the nerve to call me a fraud/cheater! So, you're warned, be very careful when participating in both Insites Square and switchedon.africa surveys and their community platforms. They can call you a fraud and a cheater if you enquire about your rewards that they don't want to pay for your answers.

I did a survey a while back and won a voucher for R80, I then decided to purchase a KFC voucher on 30 July, I was sent an email on the 5th of august claiming that the voucher was sent to y cell number which wasn't. I emailed them explaining my problem but until now I have not heard anything, I also purchased airtime and am afraid they will claim they sent to me as they did. At this point, I am not sure if they are scammers or not.

SwitchedOn is an excellent platform to do online surveys. Their reward program is also great. Their survey are usually on point and do not take too much of my time. T o be honest I have only been a member for about two and and so far there hasn't been really any issues. I can't wait to recieve more surveys and share my opinions. #WIN

I joined Switched-On some time back. Although I have managed to redeem vouchers, I had an issue with using the takealot vouchers. It kept coming up with an error on their site. I sent a query through the website at the end of March and still no response has been received from Switched-On. I was waiting on this problem to be resolved before redeeming more vouchers. I figured there's no point in sitting with more vouchers I cannot use but nobody is assisting. Now I have the same issue that without warning my points have expired. Sent an email this time enquiring about the points expiry at the beginning of this month about this being unfair. They do not communicate and the expiry information on the website is not accurate as I checked this frequently. Anyone able to assist with returning my points and giving me usable vouchers?

I joined Switched-On some time back. Although I have managed to redeem vouchers, I had an issue with using the takealot vouchers. It kept coming up with an error on their site. I sent a query through the website at the end of March and still no response has been received from Switched-On. I was waiting on this problem to be resolved before redeeming more vouchers. I figured there's no point in sitting with more vouchers I cannot use but nobody is assisting. Now I have the same issue that without warning my points have expired. Hi, I joined enlighten and was referred to its partner site SwitchedOn. I have done numerous surveys and communities with Switched On Rewards, Although points get allocated to my account, I have struggled to redeem rewards. When I click on checkout nothing happens. I have reported this problem through the platform many times but cannot reach anyone. Emails come back undelivered and tickets never appear to get logged. Now I checked my account and unspent points have been deducted. Looks like a scam to me even though I have not had any issues with Enlighten Panel and they are always reliable but SwitchedOn is not responding. Could someone please assist me to refund my points and redeem vouchers?
