Bad Service
When I go to a pick n pay , there is only two to three till points operating, and the express till for 10 items is almost never open and if it is , it's only one cashier, which make it useless to stand in the express line. I have lodged so many customer queries, about online shopping, and no one comes back to you. Very disappointing.

Disappointed
Pick n Pay have specials , but when you get to Pick n Pay the next day, the shelves are empty, and only a small shelf is located for the items om special. So disappointing.

Compliment. Great service
Thank you Dischem for great service, my sister was Covid positive, and with out a glitch I could email her script, and fetched her medication the next day. The paharmacist was so polite and phoned me back with all details so that I don't have to wonder what the stautus was. Thanks alot, more retail shops can learn from you. #WIN

Bad service.
Good day, I did surveys for Columinate trading under SwitchedOn last year, and I claimed my vouchers but has received nothing as yet. I have send them e-mails but no response. The surveys lasted a couple of days with a 2hour session each. The work is done , but no incentives. Now they started sending me new surveys to do, but they do not answer my queries. In the beginning when I started with them, the vouchers was on time, but they took n turn for the worse.

Vouchers not delivered.
I am still waiting for my vouchers to be delivered. The last survey I did, the reward was never loaded, December 2020. A reward of R450. This is my order numbers 5662047, 5662496 for the vouchers which switchOn send me, but the vouchers was never delivered.

Vouchers not received
I did surveys for Enlighten Panel, claimed my vouchers on 26 November 2020. No vouchers were received as yet. They do not reply to your emails, they send you a support ticket number, but they do not come back to you. They started sending me new surveys, but they do not reply to my emails.
