COMBAT FORCE CONSISTENT RESPONSE AND SUPPORT

I commenced business contractual relationship with Combat Force, Cape Town on 1 December 2012. I have been impressed with the consistently prompt response times of the armed response team. Also, the thoroughness of their inspections when I am absent from the property, as confirmed by a vigilant and supportive neighbor. Much more significant to me has been the high quality of technical support rendered by Mr Steven Phillips and Mr Peter Daniels. These technicians bring a wealth of experience and practical know how. The "value add" of practical knowledge shared with me and friends that I have recommended to Combat force has been consistently positive and significant. I also express sincere appreciation to Mr Steven Phillips, for his guidance through the succession of unexplained false alarms experienced during the months of October and November 2020 and his pro active practical guidelines as to what I as the customer can do to minimize false alarms.
