COMBAT FORCE CONSISTENT RESPONSE AND SUPPORT
I commenced business contractual relationship with Combat Force, Cape Town on 1 December 2012. I have been impressed with the consistently prompt response times of the armed response team. Also, the thoroughness of their inspections when I am absent from the property, as confirmed by a vigilant and supportive neighbor. Much more significant to me has been the high quality of technical support rendered by Mr Steven Phillips and Mr Peter Daniels. These technicians bring a wealth of experience and practical know how. The "value add" of practical knowledge shared with me and friends that I have recommended to Combat force has been consistently positive and significant. I also express sincere appreciation to Mr Steven Phillips, for his guidance through the succession of unexplained false alarms experienced during the months of October and November 2020 and his pro active practical guidelines as to what I as the customer can do to minimize false alarms. For example gecko control near indoor passive sensors and garden maintenance of trees and ferns near external security beams. Thank you Steven and Peter, for always treating customers fairly and with courtesy.

Colin Reeves attitude is shocking!
Colin Reeves - your customer service is shocking! I am still waiting for feedback on a burglary - such a pity our Neighbourhood Watch have standardised with Combat Force - I would have cancelled our contract last week already. As per your last communication on Friday 27th September 2019: "WITHOUT PREJUDICE Dear Mrs Cameron When it comes to matters of security and threats of going to social media, I prefer to do everything in writing......." ......" Once that interview has been conducted we shall be in a better position to report back to you." I have emailed you daily for an update with no response. Our security is in your care and you don't care at all. Your only saving grace is Lameez.

A pleasure to belong to
Fantastic armed response. Great assistance. Have had a number of interactions with the company since joining in December 2017, all of which have been pleasant or outstanding. I would definitely recommend Combat Force to anyone lucky enough to have them as an option for their armed response needs.

<p>I was alone in my house with three little girls when the alarm was triggered at the back of the house in the early hours of the morning. I assumed that one of the girls had wandered into the lounge and set it off, so (half asleep) I looked into their bedrooms to see who it was. I was horrified to realise that they were all still fast asleep - despite the wailing of the alarm. This meant that I now faced the real possibility of someone breaking into the back of the house and being metres, and seconds, away from the girls and I. I immediately picked the two little ones up and we all ran straight to the front bedroom and locked the door. When Combat Force phoned, I couldn't answer the phone as their phone is at the back of the house. I simply pressed the panic button in the bedroom and prayed that they would arrive FAST! Within about 5 minutes I heard them talking to the neighbour outside, and a few minutes later an armed guard had ushered the girls and I out, and checked the whole house and the back garden for me. It turns out that either a large insect had crawled into the PIR, or a mouse had moved some of the wires in the roof, setting off a false alarm. The guard was really polite and friendly, and I was hugely impressed by the his and his company's response time and professionalism.</p>
