TELKOM DEFECTIVE SMARTVOICE 100 HANDSET
Telkom Technical support non existent. Communication is ignored They advised that Technical support on copper based telephone lines had been unilateral cancelled. The only alternative offered was 1 year contractual relational hewith Smartvoice 100 handset including financial rental obligation. The handset was defective in sound quality and cut off of person called or own voice communication from day 1 Complaint lodged and ignored by Technical support. Months of delay with no improvement to defective communication quality. Eventually Telkom authorised Courier to collct handset and dispatch to Telkom supplier Dlink in Melrose Johannesburg. It was returned after extended delay with no improvement to sound quality, No technician was instructed to attend to defective sound communication ..Under Telkom Managment it was returned to D link Metrose and after extended time returned with no improvment to sound quality No rental refund ever crefited by Telkom in spite of repeated written requst from Pensioner Telkom Customer. Formal complaint lodged with "Tel;kom and ignmored by Telkom Billing under Telkom Complaint no. 86077181 Customer since 1987 Account no. 336719503

Excellent mechanical repairs and complete clutch kit replacement. This is a trust worthy team including Jeffery, Charlton and Qaadirah. These are very special men and woman of integrity. COMBAT FORCE CONSISTENT RESPONSE AND SUPPORT
I commenced business contractual relationship with Combat Force, Cape Town on 1 December 2012. I have been impressed with the consistently prompt response times of the armed response team. Also, the thoroughness of their inspections when I am absent from the property, as confirmed by a vigilant and supportive neighbor. Much more significant to me has been the high quality of technical support rendered by Mr Steven Phillips and Mr Peter Daniels. These technicians bring a wealth of experience and practical know how. The "value add" of practical knowledge shared with me and friends that I have recommended to Combat force has been consistently positive and significant. I also express sincere appreciation to Mr Steven Phillips, for his guidance through the succession of unexplained false alarms experienced during the months of October and November 2020 and his pro active practical guidelines as to what I as the customer can do to minimize false alarms. For example gecko control near indoor passive sensors and garden maintenance of trees and ferns near external security beams. Thank you Steven and Peter, for always treating customers fairly and with courtesy.
