Viwe Cokoto at MTN is the absolute best! We have been Telkom Mobile customers for about 10 years now, and after struggling with Telkom to upgrade my contract, I decided to do some research and choose my cellular provider based on the provider's performance. MTN won almost all categories that I searched in terms of being the best cellular provider. In making the change, I had to clarify a number of things, and although it was super easy to speak to people, it was difficult to explain my queries accurately, and to have them all answered in the same space. One afternoon, I got hold of Viwe. I explained that I had received mixed messages from one of the MTN champions on one of their offerings, and he suggested that I get hold of him via email...which I subsequently did. Viwe took the time to understand my needs, and then literally sorted them out all in one go. He managed my wife and my expectations, and clearly outlined when certain things would happen (to the hour, pretty much). When I encountered hiccups, I got hold of Viwe, and he resolved them immediately. I am super happy to be an MTN customer now, because I can enjoy world class service, as provided by Viwe Cokoto! Thanks a ton, Viwe! You've really brightened our day (actually - probably more like the next three years!).
I've bought a number of products from Reef over the years, and have always been happy with my purchases. Some examples include products that last forever (my old wetsuit is probably 10 years old, and still going strong), same day delivery for an online purchase (this was completely unexpected, but just shows the kind of people who work there) and personalised expert assistance when selecting wetsuits, bodyboards, or any other products. The whole team is just amazing! I will support them at any chance I get, and would highly recommend them over their competitors.
Fantastic armed response. Great assistance. Have had a number of interactions with the company since joining in December 2017, all of which have been pleasant or outstanding. I would definitely recommend Combat Force to anyone lucky enough to have them as an option for their armed response needs.
After having my electric fence installed for four months, I started getting false alarms on a frequent basis. I tried my best to cut back vegetation, and ensure that there was nothing causing a short circuit, but had no success. I then contacted the Peri Secure team, who installed the fence, and notified them of my issue. Neil was able to identify the potential issue within minutes, and kindly offered to send a technician out the following day. Ever since the technician's visit, my fence has not given me a single moment's hassle. Outstanding after-sales service from Peri Secure. Just another experience that proves that I made the right choice. Thanks to the whole Peri Secure team for their awesome service!!!
Asked friends and family to suggest electric fence companies, and emailed a few for quotes. Peri Secure was the only one to send a reply within hours of the request and also provided a detailed guestimate quote. That epitomised their service. Unbelievably responsive and efficient. I got the distinct impression from Neil that he was giving me honest advice. He was even willing to accommodate some unusual requests from my side. Many thanks to the whole team for such an amazing service. I highly recommend them.
I bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10.1 2014 EDITION in October 2014. When I bought the device, it was definitely one of the leading tablets offered by SAMSUNG. For comparison, I bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 in October 2013. SAMSUNG have decided to not upgrade the GALAXY NOTE 2014 10.1 2014 EDITION to the lollipop Android OS, but my GALAXY S4 did receive the updated OS?! How does this make any sense? How can they just decide to end updates for a product of theirs with no regard for the money I paid for the product? And I'm not talking about some outdated device here. Also, why have Tabs that costed a fraction of what I paid for the NOTE received the updated OS? Ending OS updates for a device that is younger than 2 years old is ethically questionable. I will not be buying another tablet device from SAMSUNG.
I have been frustrated by empty promises and ineptitude from SellDirect, who cleverly got me to accept my upgrade from them (BIG mistake). After numerous unanswered calls, and false claims to 'escalating' my unactivated SIM, SellDirect had still made zero inroads to sorting out the problem four days after receiving my upgrade. <br> <br> I walked into the Blue Route Telkom Mobile store, told them my frustration, and my SIM was activated within 3 mins. Outstanding service from people who know what they're doing. Thank you!
I received a call from what I was lead to believe was a Telkom representative. They asked me whether I wanted to upgrade my phone via my contract with Telkom Mobile. I informed them that I would, and they then discussed which phone I would like, etcetera. I received the phone within the allotted 4 to 7 working days (which was on Monday this week). Since then the phone has not been activated. I have attempted to get in touch with them on a number of occasions, but nobody picks up their call. Telkom mobile has said that they are the only people who can activate my SIM.
I bought an HP Officejet Pro 276dw printer in November last year. After installing the printer it wouldn't print large documents without issues. Took the printer back after speaking to online support. Replacement printer had the same issue. Found out that the printer is incompatible with Windows 8.1 (64bit), as printing worked perfectly on Windows 7. <br> Noticed there was a firmware upgrade today and updated the firmware, only noticing after I had started the process that you should not update over a wireless connection. No warning given by the installation program to this effect. Now printer is reporting all cartridges as damaged and needing replacement. <br> Got hold of online support Jack K tells me its a hardware issue (cartridges were printing normally 10 mins before firmware update) and that I have to take it in to a service center. Who is paying for my petrol and time? I have VITAL documents to print for tomorrow...and now I have to do this all because of a firmware upgrade? This printer has never worked properly, as advertised. <br> I would STRONGLY recommend avoiding HP. I have had nothing by unexpected cost and trouble from them.
