It’s been over 72 hours with no notification in my account. You have stated refund money will be deposited into my bank account I have provided on Friday evening last week. Again as you do best no communication no refund. Did you not Say with in 24 hours of receiving of banking details a refund will happen. If so why is there no money in my account yet?
This company really takes people for granted and show utter disregard and disrespect to clients needs after receiving funds from me and never depositing the funds to supersonic. System failure excuses is total BS how would you not know monies were not credit to a supplier in a clients account and only find out months later when the clients companies.
You take people as jokes and for granted, you have until 5pm today to pay my refund into my account. You can keep your apologies I want my damn money, That at all
