These mother ****ers are thief they come into my house told me that the TV Can't be fixed at home it must be taken to the repair shop that was in Sep 2021 until date they have not returned my smart tv they do t take calls or or reply ****en fraudsters don't use these people.
It’s been 5 months since my fiber was cut off due to non payment caused by Hayley who had stated she will refund all monies payed the Cometprojects account that was was never payed to supersonic. She purposely give you the company banking details instead of Supersonic ones. Few days ago we find them on Telegram after they had deactivated they what’s app and also not replying to calls or emails. This company is all a fraud syndicate, deceiving people on a service they not providing. Hayley is a master mind a total criminal of note. She now pretended to be a Megan on Telegram when it’s very well her. This ***** web says Hayley does not work there but Hayley said it’s her company so what the actual **** is going on. All I’m saying is I want my ****ING MONEY. DON’T y’all ever use this company ever FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. All I want is my money PAY BACK MY MONEY for Christ sake.
Good Day Since you bluntly ignore clients email, your disgusting business handling is beyond comprehension. You have violated 2 rights of the 8 consumer laws, The right to Disclosure and information and The right to Redress . You created a criminal offense and you continue to lie and be deceitful with no regard. Aside from taking legal actions against your business, you will lack in every area of your life, you will suffer for your doings mark my words, this business of yours will never amount to anything for the pain , suffering, inconvenience and financial loss you have caused me. It’s been over 72 hours with no notification in my account. You have stated refund money will be deposited into my bank account I have provided on Friday evening last week. Again as you do best no communication no refund. Did you not Say with in 24 hours of receiving of banking details a refund will happen. If so why is there no money in my account yet? This company really takes people for granted and show utter disregard and disrespect to clients needs after receiving funds from me and never depositing the funds to supersonic. System failure excuses is total BS how would you not know monies were not credit to a supplier in a clients account and only find out months later when the clients companies. You take people as jokes and for granted, you have until 5pm today to pay my refund into my account. You can keep your apologies I want my damn money, That at all
The utter disgust I’ve received in bad service by Supersonic is the height of it all. My wifi has been cut off since 3 Jun 2021. Due to billing issues I have no freaking clue off and this is not the 1st time my line has been cut for the same issue 3 times already. crm:0404458 I’m tired of sending proof payments. Your agent Haylay from Cometprojects is no help and just as bad, monies for 6 months were paid into the Cometprojects account for my account, I never received not proof of money being allocated to my account. Now Supersonic says they never received any payments. Im frustrated to the core. I’ve been on email with Minnah Modisane, Administrator: Finance even her no help no word no nothing regarding my account and issues. This is disgusting I work from home, kids do home schooling and we have suffered to the core. What’s worse I’ve even paid for last month and I had no wifi the whole of last month it’s almost 2 months now. Are even affiliated with Cometprojects or this is all a scam?
It’s been over a month that my internet has been cut off. Haylay has done zero follow up since my last email to her in June. Supersonic has stated they will not reactive my wifi because no payment of 6 months was made to them. That time I had made payments unto Cometprojects accounts, I was never giving proof of payment nor to show funds were payed into my account. I’m super frustrated and annoyed at this matter, I work from home, I have kids who school from home we all have been inconvenienced greatly. I want my internet restored or refund my money. I should not be dealing with billing issues when I have paid. If no one resolves this issue by tomorrow Friday 1 pm I will seek legal advice. Worst service from a company I ever received and I’m not letting this go, trust and believe
