It’s been over a month that my internet has been cut off. Haylay has done zero follow up since my last email to her in June.
Supersonic has stated they will not reactive my wifi because no payment of 6 months was made to them. That time I had made payments unto Cometprojects accounts, I was never giving proof of payment nor to show funds were payed into my account.
I’m super frustrated and annoyed at this matter, I work from home, I have kids who school from home we all have been inconvenienced greatly. I want my internet restored or refund my money. I should not be dealing with billing issues when I have paid.
If no one resolves this issue by tomorrow Friday 1 pm I will seek legal advice.
Worst service from a company I ever received and I’m not letting this go, trust and believe
