The absolute worst support I have received from a South African company. Extremely long waiting times, no after-sales support, and virtually no customer care. Communication via email from Michele has been particularly frustrating, with responses that show little effort to understand or address the issues raised. If you buy from this company, be prepared to pay a lot of money while receiving little to no meaningful feedback on your questions or concerns. I personally choose to invest in companies that value their customers and provide proper support. It has now been almost a month and I still have not received my item, and at this point I am honestly unsure what to expect. Another red flag is that they do not allow customer reviews, and after speaking to others it appears this may be because there are several negative experiences similar to mine. Since my concerns have repeatedly been ignored, I will now also be sharing this experience on HelloPeter and other review platforms so that other customers are aware.
