I ordered a comfyzak which is a more sophisticated version of a bean bag from Comfyzak website with trepidation as i could not find any other reviews except on their website, I ordered a medium one with a coral cover, paid, and hoped for the best. Once the order was received I got regular updates about where in the processing and shipping my comfyzak was till it was delivered home. It is as advertised, very comfortable, big for a medium and they even got me extra foam free of charge. Michelle from Comfyzak was amazing and held my hand throughout the entire process.
