I had booked a spa appointment with your hotel, and it was abruptly cancelled just two days before the scheduled date. This was highly inconvenient, especially considering that I had made additional reservations and plans around this appointment.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to request a refund, my call was disconnected with no follow-up — which I find completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I kindly request a full refund for the cancelled spa service, and a formal acknowledgment of this complaint. I believe it’s only fair given the circumstances and the inconvenience caused.
