Poor Service

Last night I called the call centre reporting the noise at Bothasig Gardens at around 23:36, I was given a reference number and I waited for the security guards to assist with informing the tenants of the issue however nothing was done, the noise kept on till around four in the morning. As I was not sleeping approximately around 02:40 (not quite to sure) one guard was doing their rounds going to the point where they scan to confirm that they have patrolled, she could not care to even go and tell them their making noise, she continued as if nothing wrong is happening. The reference number for the unattended noise call is 304882662. I’m extremely not happy with this kind of treatment from Communicare. I literally did not sleep last night whilst I reported the issue concerning the noise.
