Nulaw workers Union is difficult

My mother passed away last year February the 17.when I went to claim her money they asked for the Medically boarded letter. I told them I don't have. I asked the Dr who gave the letter he said he doesn't keep it I must ask her work place. They also don't have. They said I can't receive the money. They all know she was ****** on her way to work and she became paralysed and her health was poor since then. I'm confused because they show the money on the system but they can't give it to me. May someone help. I'm frustrated I can't even do a tombstone for her I'm unemployed
