Poor Bad Service Compass Insurance Company
Due to my costly and bad experiences from Compass Insurance Company it is clear that they have minimum intention to assist homeowners with incidents. They advertise 'peace of mind' to home owners, while ensuring to repudiate as many claims as possible, while charging costly insurance fees. Therefore with my experience, the statement is not true. I have a water damaged apartment, after 4 months of getting absolutely nowhere and having nowhere to live, thanks to them rejecting my claim since December.

30 Apr 2021, 07:43Our underwriting agency has indicated that they are aware of the claim referenced by the reviewer. The current status of the claim is that following evaluation, the claim was rejected as invalid. The claimant disagreed with the decision and has referred the matter to the offices of the Short Term Ombudsman. We accept their jurisdiction and are awaiting their determination on the matter.
