I had a reply from Compass on my previous complaint They offered to review my claim without giving a contact person or email address to forward my policy number to. It now seems they only offered to review my claim to improve their general status as they have had numerous unsolved claims and very bad reviews overall. How can I be offered a lanfer leave without a final destination of dissolving this problem?? I still want to have the injustice that was done to me by Compass' contractor resolved!!! I had no say in their appointing this contractor and according to them he had no mandate to remove my roof tiles and now I am stuck with a leaking roof and gaping holes through my tiles!!! Thanks to Compass!!!!
