Membership Department in space????????????
I have been trying to contact SOMEONE in Membership department today...
First contact is quick, then you have to explain what you want, they sound uninterested and then says hold on for membershop deaprtment and thereafter, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
38 minutes later (in total) and membership dept is nowhere to be found!
Yuo are costing me money! and I dont have time to sit on the phone for hours and wait for a response from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
