1) I need Vodacom to please explain how a contract that was signed end November 2025, is already up for an increase in March 2026? 2) Surely the contract price should be fixed for the 2 years of the contract? 3) The inflation rate for 2025 was at an average of just over 3% yet the Vodacom increase is over 8%???? No additional benefits added for this steep increase?
Had an issue with eBucks not allocated for a Takelot order. Took a while and some emails from me in between, but thank you FNB = Resolved! Please may I request that in future, if u call a client and there is no answer, don't just leave it the, try @ least one other time. and then leave a detailed voicemail? Thank you
I have been trying to contact SOMEONE in Membership department today... First contact is quick, then you have to explain what you want, they sound uninterested and then says hold on for membershop deaprtment and thereafter, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 38 minutes later (in total) and membership dept is nowhere to be found! Yuo are costing me money! and I dont have time to sit on the phone for hours and wait for a response from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I placed an order for a Clicks product online. Simply because I had visited many stores and they were all out of stock, then saw that there was "stock" online. Whilst placing an order and going through the confirmations prior to payment, it showed delivery withinh 2-3 days. Immediately after payment was received, the delivery days changed. Noticing that, I called the customer service @ 8:55 today and I very lacklustre agent told me that she doesn't know why it does that, that it's still on its way to the store and MAYBE I'll get it tomorrow????????????? Not an inkling to even "**** "Let me check / see how I can assist?" That's just disgusting, Clicks!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been participating in their Dietician program. This si supposed to be paid out of Risk, but for the last few months, I see that it is been paid from my Savings? Mails sent, no response received? No man, please can you be responsive???????????

Rage, I purchased goods to the value of R165, on the day, I received an sms confirming this. Cute right? Then at month-end received another sms with my outstanding balance......... cute again! I went and paid what i had owed...R165 After walking away from the store, realised that there is a balance of R1.51! WOW!!!!!!!!! Called them today and told it's the sms charges??????????????? WOW Rage...................... Last time that you took me for a ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! R1.51 for 2 x sms?????????? Go and play elsewhere................ You're not getting another cent out of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I booked a flight on SAFAIR and omitted to enter the company details. Contacted customer service via email and at first I was just sent the document back that I had sent initially. I responded to that mail and thank goodness received a response from Rochel Rossouw who knew exactly what was required! Thank you very much! I managed to rectify and receive the VAT invoice. People like these are assets to companies and should be rewarded for their effort in resolving queries and keeping their clients happy.
I go onto the vodacom app and use my spins on VUP on most days. I use some of the vouchers, others not. I received a voucher for R15 off Nando's COupon with an expiry date of 28/6/2025 @ 23:59:59 I went to Nando's on 27/6/2025 and was told that the voucher had expired? Upon closer inspection, we say that there was another date lower down with a different expiry date of 21/06/2025????????????????? Surely this is not right??????????????????? I would please like my voucher re-issued.
I ordered a snuggle on Wednesday, paid R223, delivered on Thursday because I'm a Takealot more customer!!!!!!!!!! Happiness is! Placed another order (same item) on Friday, guess what R250....... said delivery expected on Saturday, because I'm a TakealotMore customer...happiness is, right? No, after paying, I see that it says delivery between 5-7 July 2025!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY???????????????? Have a RED pop-up / something if that's the case man.............out here wasting a person's time & also costs increasing from one day to the next.............
