Pathetic cusomer service
I have not even started off with this medical aid and already having trouble.
I sent in my cancellation on the 3 DEcember and was advise that if a provide my new medical details that this will be cancelled immeditely.
I have so many reference numbers to my case thats how pathetic they are getting sent from one department to the next. is it so difficult to just cancel this medical aid?
pathetic if you ask me as i never experienced this with my previous medical aid. its so easy to sign up but you dont get the right service when leaving.
December is a short month and i need this cancelled and confirmed - i dont see what the big hold up is!
i called in how many times sent how many emails and i cant get answers!
