Customer Service Excellence

I am a resident in Gordon’s Bay and experienced software issues with my laptop. By word of mouth a friend recommended that I seek the services of Complete Office Solutions situated in Somerset West. Immediately on entering the premises I was impressed with the set-up. I was attended to immediately and on explaining my problem I was directed to an assistant. The problem was addressed, and it was explained that it would take a short time to solve. I decided to wait around and while waiting I was treated with a cup of coffee. The helpfulness and most all the friendliness of the staff were something that really impressed me. I also got a report back from the technician who fixed some other issues on the laptop and together with the lady assistant made some recommendations that I should consider in upgrading my machine. So yes, I will go back to Complete Office Solutions for the recommended upgrades.
