PC problems resolved
Once again, I have recieved excellent service from Complete Office Solutions, specifically from Lourens. He diagnosed the problem with my PC and seamlessly transferred all data and reinstalled programs and apps on a new PC. I can hightly recommend this company, who do excellent work.

Hi i bought 2 new solar batterys from them it only lasted about 5 month they kindly replace them after a decution with the supplier the 2 new batterys only lasted about 2 and a half month but now the are riding on 6 month garantee legal I will not recomend any person to buy any salar equipment from them they do not take any resposability for the product threy sell

Disappointed with Complete Office Solutions in Somerset West
I have been a loyal client of this company the last 20 years but am extremely disappointed by the service of the owner, Charles Terhoeven lately. I wanted to upgrade my computer with a new battery but he convinced me to buy a new computer and assured me that the computer will be SO MUCH BETTER than my existing one. As I am an an engineer using CAD, the speed of the computer is very important for my production levels. In August 2020 - more than 6 months ago - I bought a new computer on his advice. After struggling with the processing speed and losing many man hours in my consulting business, I returned the new computer for testing and Charles acknowledged in the presence of 2 of his technicians that the new one is in fact SLOWER THAN MY OLD ONE. In correspondence with him, he tried to convince me to upgrade the RAM (with me picking up the bill) to put it on par with the speed of my old computer, which offer I turned down. He is currently in possession of the new computer and my money and refuse to answer my correspondence. Legally, Charles has misrepresented the new computer's abilities, which caused me to lose many billable hours. Apart of the price of the computer with the interest on it, my damages run into tens of thousands of rands for billable hours lost. Such indifference I have not come across before.

Customer Service Excellence
I am a resident in Gordon’s Bay and experienced software issues with my laptop. By word of mouth a friend recommended that I seek the services of Complete Office Solutions situated in Somerset West. Immediately on entering the premises I was impressed with the set-up. I was attended to immediately and on explaining my problem I was directed to an assistant. The problem was addressed, and it was explained that it would take a short time to solve. I decided to wait around and while waiting I was treated with a cup of coffee. The helpfulness and most all the friendliness of the staff were something that really impressed me. I also got a report back from the technician who fixed some other issues on the laptop and together with the lady assistant made some recommendations that I should consider in upgrading my machine. So yes, I will go back to Complete Office Solutions for the recommended upgrades.
