Customer Service Excellence
I am a resident in Gordon’s Bay and experienced software issues with my laptop. By word of mouth a friend recommended that I seek the services of Complete Office Solutions situated in Somerset West. Immediately on entering the premises I was impressed with the set-up. I was attended to immediately and on explaining my problem I was directed to an assistant. The problem was addressed, and it was explained that it would take a short time to solve. I decided to wait around and while waiting I was treated with a cup of coffee. The helpfulness and most all the friendliness of the staff were something that really impressed me. I also got a report back from the technician who fixed some other issues on the laptop and together with the lady assistant made some recommendations that I should consider in upgrading my machine. So yes, I will go back to Complete Office Solutions for the recommended upgrades.

Excellent Service Received from : Cedar Isle Auto - BMW Fourways
I recently bought a second-hand vehicle from Cedar Isle Auto - BMW Fourways. I found the vehicle I was looking for advertised on one of the vehicle websites. Situated in Cape Town and taking the lockdown situation into consideration I was expecting some problems with the purchasing of the vehicle and getting it delivered to me. From day one the executive salesperson, Chris Hirson I dealt with handled the transaction in a very professional manner which made me feel very much at ease during the process. I was kept up to date all the time on the progress, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, some minor paint damage was caused to the front bonnet area during the transport of the vehicle to BMW Somerset West, where it was arranged for me to pick it up. The person there, Alan Pretorius was well informed of the transaction and was of great assistance when the damage was noted. Chris at Cedar Isle Auto was immediately informed of the situation. This problem was instantly addressed by Cedar Isle Auto and quickly resolved by making arrangements with the help of BMW Somerset West to have it repaired at Donford Motor Repair Centre (BMW – Approved) Again at the repair center the people did their utmost to get the vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Overall I can just add that the service from the parties involved and mainly that of Cedar Isle Auto - BMW Fourways, with Chris going the extra mile to help me as a customer was a very satisfying experience for me. Well done and keep up the good work

Service from Pc Link Computers
This is the first time I have used Pc Link Computers to purchase an item. I placed an order on Sunday evening the 21st and Monday morning I received confirmation with all the related details of the order. Subsequently, I followed up to check progress and experienced a problem logging on. I then contacted the sales department via email. Promptly I received a response from the owner himself that my order was in progress and I would receive it within 3 to 4 days. Well, it was delivered on time and all I can add is that it was a pleasure doing business with this company taking into consideration it had to be shipped to Cape Town.
