Compreforce walking the extra mile
I had an ancient Magimix, at least 30 years old, of which the bowl and lid had broken on several places. Then a shop owner gave me the number of the technical person at Compreforce, whom I contacted, and he identified and quoted for exactly what I needed to have a complete machine again. He was kind, respectful, helpful, professional and efficient, off the scale. That was a level of excellent service that one does not encounter often.

Then a shop owner gave me the number of the technical person at Compreforce, whom I contacted, and he identified and quoted for exactly what I needed to have a complete machine again. He was kind, respectful, helpful, professional and efficient, off the scale. That was a level of excellent service that one does not encounter often.

Compreforce Chammpions
We were treated so respectfully and helpfully by Compreforce from start to finish. The lid to my Magimix stuck on the bowl. I phoned Compreforce last Friday and explained my problem to a delightful young lady who then put me on to Carlos. He advised me to try rubbing cooking oil onto the lid but was doubtful it would work. At my request, he also told me how much to replace the bowl and lid and I was looking at a cost of =/-R2000. Yesterday we visited the office in Bruma. While Carlos and a colleague worked on the bowl, we were given cappucinos and water. Carlos and his colleague worked a miracle and unstuck the lid and then there was no charge. I cannot speak highly enough of the way my problem was dealt with and the way we were made to feel like valued customers.

Excellent service from Compreforce
I dealt with a gentleman at Compreforce (don't know if I should mention his name) with regard to a Magimix food processor spare part issue and his service was immaculate. He went out of his way to help me and I am not even a direct client of them. I was super impressed with the time and effort he put in to resolve my query, on which he makes very little money on a small spare part. I recommend Compreforce as a top class supplier and highly professional.
