Compreforce walking the extra mile
I had an ancient Magimix, at least 30 years old, of which the bowl and lid had broken on several places. Then a shop owner gave me the number of the technical person at Compreforce, whom I contacted, and he identified and quoted for exactly what I needed to have a complete machine again. He was kind, respectful, helpful, professional and efficient, off the scale. That was a level of excellent service that one does not encounter often.

Unrealiable Reliable Store: Money in the water
This store does misleading advertising, took very long to deliver, then delivered a substandard product that is not what I ordered on any criterion. They are impossible to get hold of. Money in the water. Total ripoff, they should be forbidden to trade.
