I previously registered myself with this company for services and was charged 6900, even though I never received service from them. Then I end up paying the full because my credit score had been badly affected. After making the payment, I received a confirmation letter in August 2023 stating that my balance was nil.
However, in March 2025, I was notified that I am supposedly in default for 269, with no clear explanation of where this amount is coming from. This has been very frustrating and disappointing, especially after I made sure my account was fully settled.
It honestly feels like I’m being charged unfairly again. I would really appreciate a clear explanation and proper resolution.
