R9,499 PAID AND COMPLETELY IGNORED – DO NOT TRUST

This is a formal warning to anyone considering using Computer Mania Stellenbosch. I dropped my computer off in November last year. I was issued a quotation (Ref: 00342048) and paid the full amount of R9,499. It has now been over 4 months (it is now March), and I have received absolutely nothing. No computer, no repair, and most importantly, no communication. I have sent multiple emails and texts every few weeks and have been met with total radio silence.

They have effectively taken my R9,499 and kept my hardware with zero accountability. This is beyond "poor service," this is theft of service and gross negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating this to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) and seeking legal advice.

Avoid at all costs.
