As I have bought from COMPUTERSONLY before, I emailed them this past Saturday morning, outlining a problem I had with the installation of software I bought online. NOTE: Online, not from them! Jeremy Pretorius then came to my rescue and what an amazing experience I had. As they were about to close shop, he offered to help me FROM HIS HOME on a Saturday afternoon. Imagine giving up your Saturday afternoon to help a customer... In-between loadshedding Jeremy made several attempts to resolve my software installation problems. While using TEAMVIEWER to access my PC, we chatted via WhatsApp to get to the solution as soon as possible. After some trouble shooting, this genius of a man had my problem resolved. Using knowledge gathered over years, he eventually pin pointed my problem and resolved it with 100% accuracy. But, he did more… He offered to stay in contact and wanted me to check whether the problem was resolved and then to contact him in case of any problems. On his cellphone! So many companies are not contactable on cellphones, never mind after hours! As if helping me after hours was not enough, he believed his job was not done until my problem was resolved 100%. The online shop I bought the software from has not even replied to my complaint by the time Jeremy had my issue resolved! This interaction with Jeremy from COMPUTERSONLY is just more proof that there are knowledgeable, affordable and customer-focused IT companies out there! THANK YOU, Jeremy! Thank you, COMPUTERSONLY.
