Delivery of Custom Gaming PC
As per my previous review of Dec 14 - received the PC on time with no issues. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks to the engineer who built the system (Gerhard) the aesthetics is top shelf. These guys rock! If you want to go custom, this is the place to get it done :-)

Progressive custom pc shop!
Ordered a high end gaming pc - so far so good. Excellent service from Vernon, very helpful in specifying the build, provided great guidance & has been keeping me up to date. They have a lovely shop with secure premises - will be visiting them often in future for my upgrades and other pc related purchases. Once I have the pc and had a chance to use it I will update here on the rest of the experience :-)

Progressive custom pc shop!
Ordered a high end gaming pc - so far so good. Excellent service from Vernon, very helpful in specifying the build, provided great guidance & has been keeping me up to date. They have a lovely shop with secure premises - will be visiting them often in future for my upgrades and other pc related purchases. Look no further when you not only want the BEST price and BEST quality, not to mention BEST SERVICE. As I have bought from COMPUTERSONLY before, I emailed them this past Saturday morning, outlining a problem I had with the installation of software I bought online. NOTE: Online, not from them! Jeremy Pretorius then came to my rescue and what an amazing experience I had. As they were about to close shop, he offered to help me FROM HIS HOME on a Saturday afternoon. Imagine giving up your Saturday afternoon to help a customer... In-between loadshedding Jeremy made several attempts to resolve my software installation problems. While using TEAMVIEWER to access my PC, we chatted via WhatsApp to get to the solution as soon as possible. After some trouble shooting, this genius of a man had my problem resolved. Using knowledge gathered over years, he eventually pin pointed my problem and resolved it with 100% accuracy. But, he did more… He offered to stay in contact and wanted me to check whether the problem was resolved and then to contact him in case of any problems. On his cellphone! So many companies are not contactable on cellphones, never mind after hours! As if helping me after hours was not enough, he believed his job was not done until my problem was resolved 100%. The online shop I bought the software from has not even replied to my complaint by the time Jeremy had my issue resolved! This interaction with Jeremy from COMPUTERSONLY is just more proof that there are knowledgeable, affordable and customer-focused IT companies out there! THANK YOU, Jeremy! Thank you, COMPUTERSONLY. You have certainly got me as a customer for life!

Calling Customers "ridiculous" for ordering something at the wrong price on their website
They posted a Western Digital 3Tb hard drive on their website for R29.00 and i placed a order for one after a email sent to me saying they will check if the supplier have stock and let me know 3-4 days passed and i didn't hear anything from them i decided to call and find out what happened an argument started where i was told i don't have a foot to stand on and that i am "ridiculous" to think i can order the hard drive for that price. like i advertised the product for R29-00 so i would not recommend. and Would Recommend they Read their Consumer Act

AMAZING QUALITY& SERVICE AND PRICE
Seeing that I am a BBC (Born Before Computers) kind of guy, it is important to me to deal with a company and staff that immediately instill trust. Furthermore, being semi-retired, price is always a factor. Well, at COMPUERSONLY I got exactly that. Although they were a tad more expensive, the few extra Rands were well worth it. Not only did they repair my laptop OTAP (On Time & As Promised), they helped me as a mature gentleman (not OLD yet) with some other problems I experienced - at no extra cost. They were even willing to work over a long weekend, just so I could have my laptop back in time. I can really recommend Gerhard and Jeremy, two dedicated specialists in the IT game. I will certainly use their services again and have no hesitation in terms of recommending them to other customers who also shop for quality, service and price. I wish them well in future endeavours and deserving expansions.

Fast and great service
I was looking for a specific product that is not widely available in SA. I found the item on Computeronly.co.za and requested if it was in stock. I was skeptical about it being on hand, however the next thing I know I've got a notification that its in the store and I can purchase it over the counter. I was quite surprised and when I arrived to pay and pick up the item, there were other customers complimenting the after sales service. I've found my preferred retailer for PC parts going forward and they are in the same price range as the bigger online PC retailers.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Great service from these guys. I was in the market to purchase a new laptop with specific criteria. At the time of enquiry they did not have the specific machine available. Vernon made a note and contacted me as soon as a machine was available. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company. Great service and prices too!
