Quite satisfied with my Comx experiences

Given my recent awful experiences with Raru I thought I'd offset the negative by mentioning that Comx are great.

I've used them for many, many years - I think first in 2004. Over that time probably 99% of orders have gone smoothly. The strange stock check step is - on reflection on Raru - a good idea. If there's no stock, you make no payment and have no fights about refunds.

But things don't always go smoothly, occasionally things arrive DOA, or I've had to cancel an order or (once) I've double paid. Returns have not been a problem, the courier collects and then a replacement is sent. The time I double paid I was refunded the next day. I think of every order I've cancelled I've used it as a store credit - I don't think I've asked for a refund so I don't know how that goes.

All in all Comx have earned a lot of my goodwill and I see myself continuing to use them for years to come.
