Concentrated Solutions ****mers
****mers!!! Beware of these so called concentrated chemical suppliers. They called in, we said send us a price list and samples to test... they sent a full order and are claiming payment for their extremely overpriced stuff. We have said that they must come and get their unopened products because we did not want them. They now do constant calls to staff threatening legal action. What a joke of a company! I will never pay them a cent, especially for **** products we did not not want or order. If we could give them a minus rating this would be it. How does a supplier force products onto businesses?

Worst company ever!
<p>This is a scam company! They harrass you about unpaid orders and bully you into paying them! They are thieves and scam artists! Do not trust them they are rude and disrespectful! Scam artists! They delivered goods that were never ordered and demanded payment.</p>

Worst company ever!
<p>Beware of this company they are scam artists! The company I work for was victimised by them. They keep calling and mailing about outstanding orders and has been paid every time. They are nothing more than common thieves! They are rude and demanding and has no clue of customer service! Please do not do bussiness with them!</p>

Worst company ever!!

Concentrated solution scam
The same happened to me as with all the other reports. First the initial call promising a rugby shirt. Then a gift card. Wow it arrived with R100. Phoned me again today with an apology of a part order and a voucher. I then said to her that I hoped there calls are recorded, because there was no mention of any other order or anything outstanding. She then told me the same story about the 25% that I'm liable for. Told her that I will get my paperwork and if they phone me back they need to be very sure of their story. Said to her that they are a bunch of \skelms\", she only replied \"I'm sorry and thank you for bringing it to my attention\". So lets see if they do get back to me. My next line will be a Carte Blanche investigation, maybe then they will leave me alone. Be very careful, don't even try to deal with them."

Concentrated Solutions misleads the costomer
One of the stores we are linked to got a phone call and asked to do a serve as a new person in the place the poor guy did the serve, they told him that he got a free 25 L of power cleaner and a free shirt and a hamper for the shop, so only the soap came and nothing ells, a week later a 3703.58 bill comes in the post and he is surprised, please watch out for these places , i want this stuff returned and taken off there system,
