I have been waiting on someone to follow up and let me know on my claim payment for my provident fund.... No payment, no call, no feedback, I'm been taken from pillar to post. Now they want to confirm if I'm divorced and them telling me I have to wait for the legal team to call in 60days or something. What the heck????!!!
IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT HELP ME LOCATE AN OLD ACCOUNT THAT I NEED TO SETTLE. NO ASSISTANCE INSTEAD I HAVE BEEN SENT PILLAR TO POST. WHEN I DONT EXPECT THEIR CALLS THEY HARASS ME BUT WHEN I NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS THEY CANT HELP.
Delivery service and waiting time are ****py, no feedback is given on the Tracking of the times when you will receive the items. I'm SUPER upset. Question is: what happens with medication if this service is so ****** slow?????????????????
I always have issues with deliveries with this company. I ordered something with a clear address of where to deliver, I was informed that the package has not been delivered because the recipient was not there and my mum has been waiting the entire ****** day to receive this order. The customer care line is not responsive and its just a nightmare getting to find out why my order wasn't delivered.I need an explanation as to where my stuff is? or whether it will still be delivered or if I can get my money back ?
I was called by FNB to switch me from my current Cellphone provider to their new FNB connect service. I was promised that my number would be ported same time with no glitches. Its been 3 days and i still cant get calls on my number and the i can access anything with this sim.<br> <br> I am not happy and I want to port back to my MTN # and now I have to send emails and there isnt anyone who can help me. I am so upset. I have been happy with the service ive received from FNB over the past 4 years but this has just made me think twice.<br> <br> <br> I AM FUMING AND REGRET EVER LETTING MYSELF BE A GUINEA PIG OF A PRODUCT THAT IS MESSING UP MY LIFE . I have called and I havnt been assisted with the cancellation of my fee. I wrote an email and yet again I haven't been responded to and I needed for this account to be cancelled a week back.<br> <br> ???
